My phone gets coverage in Indian Cove depending on where I am. The rock piles tend to block signals. I haven't tried other areas of the park. I expect you'd get 5 bars up at Keys View. I would also expect that most of the park would not get any service. Cottonwood MIGHT get service, since there's a VC there. But I don't know.
